One can get registered by downloading the forms available in the following links, filled-in form may be sent to kiran.icar@nic.in / Kiran.icar@gmail.com / uttamba@gmail.com or can be posted or submitted to Mr. N. Uttam Singh, Scientist, Division of Social Sciences, ICAR Research Complex for NEH Region, Umiam, Meghalaya – 793103. Once registered he/she will start receiving SMSs.
