Wholesale price forecast of pineapple for June-September, 2016

ICAR Research Complex for NEH Region, Umiam, Meghalaya is running a Network Project entitled “Market Intelligence” under the Division of Social Sciences and has developed a pre-sowing and pre-harvest wholesale price forecast of pineapple for the month of June-September, 2016. The pre-sowing and pre-harvest wholesale price of good pineapple variety may be in the range of Rs.1500/quintal- Rs.1800/quintal which may differ in different wholesale markets of Meghalaya during this period.
