Wholesale price forecast of turmeric for April-June, 2016.

ICAR Research Complex for NEH Region, Umiam, Meghalaya is running a Network Project entitled “Market Intelligence” under the Division of Social Sciences and has developed a pre-harvest wholesale price forecast of semi-processed turmeric for the month of April-June, 2016. The pre-harvest wholesale price of good turmeric variety (semi-processed) may be in the range of Rs. 7600/quintal - Rs.8000/quintal which may differ in different wholesale markets of Meghalaya during this period.
