Wholesale price forecast of Ginger for November-December, 2016

ICAR Research Complex for NEH Region, Umiam, Meghalaya is running a Network Project entitled “Market Intelligence” under the Division of Social Sciences and has developed a pre-sowing wholesale price forecast of ginger for the month of November-December, 2016. The pre-harvest wholesale price of good ginger variety may be in the range of Rs. 2200/quintal - Rs.2500/quintal which may differ in different wholesale markets of Meghalaya during this period.
