Trainings and cum farmer scientist interaction training programme held at Walong and Kibithoo Circle under ATMA and PMKSY.
State Agriculture Department in collaboration with ICAR, KVK Anjaw organised one-day training cum farmer scientist interaction on 23 Sept 2016 Under ATMA (Agriculture Technology at Walong Village (Walong Circle) and two days District level farmer’s training programme on 24 and 25th September, 2016 Under Prime Minister Krishi Sinchayee Yojana (PMKSY) at Yakung, Bara Kundun (Kibithoo Circle) Anjaw District. Khoisnam Naveen SMS, Agronomy attended the said programme as resource person from ICAR, KVK Anjaw. All together 93 farmers including farmers, farm women and rural youth attended the training programme cum farmer scientist interactions. During the said training programme Khoisnam Naveen SMS, Agronomy spoke on different aspects of rice cultivation comprising from nursery raising, SRI method of rice cultivation, Nitrogen management through leaf colour and vermicompost techniques of manure preparation. During the farmers scientist interaction he discuss in depth about problems faced by farmer and new varieties which is being introduced in Anjaw District.
