Student Exposure Visit.
Around 66th student from under graduate (botany) of Mirza College Kamrup district Assam along with the three faculty member visited ICAR RC for NEH Region complex Umiam, on 25th October 2016. The students were taken to the various laboratory viz., Biotechnology, Agronomy and Processing Units as well as experimented field of Agronomy, Horticulture, Plant Breeding. During the visit have been exposed about the latest technology developed by ICAR RC for NEH Region complex Umiam as well as new research area in the Biotechnology and Plant Breeding. The programmes were co-ordinate by the Social Science division.
