Mobile Animal Health Camp organized at Metengliang village by KVK Anjaw
One-day Mobile Animal health camp was organize on 19th Jan 2017, at Metengliang village on different locations, on the request of piggery farmers, that there is a rampant outbreak of disease in pig. Covering five different locations during health camp, altogether 53 piglets were given iron injection and as many as 19 sow were given multivitamin supplementation along with deworming tablets. Most of animal were suffering from vitamin and mineral deficiency and due to cold wave respiration problem was noticed in many pigs. According to the sign and symptom of disease, especially with broncho-dilator, Antibiotics and antipyretic drugs were used relieve the pain and suffering.
