KVK West Siang observes World Soil Day
ICAR- KVK West Siang observed World Soil Day on 5th December, 2016. On this occasion the KVK distributed Soil Health Cards to the farmers at Gori Village. All together 42 farmers, farm women, rural youth including Head Goan Burah Mr. Goto Basar and ASM Mr. Ligo Basar participated. Before distribution of Soil Health Cards, Miss. Wangnem Rekhung briefly highlighted the Importance of World Soil Day and Soil Health Cards. She explained how to collect soil samples from different geographical positions. The Programme was successfully organized with the concluding remarks and appreciation from the Head Goan Burah Mr. Goto Basar
