Distribution of Piglets & Other inputs to Hayuliang-Goilang Piggery Rearing SHG members, under BADP 2016-17 implemented by KVK Anjaw (A.P)
KVK Anjaw, distributed 75 piglets to Hayuliang-Goilang Piggery Rearing SHG members, under BADP 2016-17, along with feeds, vitamins & Medicines covering 25 SHG Members on 19th May 2017, in the presence of PRI Gram (Naraliang). Dr. Tilling Tayo SMS Animal Science, urge the SHG members to keep close monitor to newly arrived piglets for first one weeks, because due to gastric upset of introduction in new place and change in feeds stuff often piglets suffers from diarrhea. So correction measures must be made immediately to check the problems by given Anti-Diarrhoeal drugs and providing clean water with electrolyte to drink.
