Agri-Livestock trainingprogramme atLogum Jini of West Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh.
One day training programme on agronomic practices for cultivation of pulses and on scientific pig production was conducted by ICAR A.P centre Basaron 4th of august 2016 funded under various programme of TSP (Tribal Sub Plan).Coordinator of the programme was led by Mr. Badapmain Makdoh Scientist (Agronomy) and Dr.Doni Jini Scientist (Vety extension education) of ICAR A.P centre Basar. The scientist delivered lecture on agronomy package of practices for cultivation of pulses for popularization and large scale production. Similarly awareness on some common diseases of pigslike (SF,FMD, Mange infestation) and (RD, fowl pox) in poultry measures for prevention and control.Around 20 farmers from Logum Jini were distributed pulses seeds like green gram (var. Pratap), blackgram (var. Uttara), and soybean (var. JS 335) etc. small tools like row marker, maize sheller, dibbler and veterinary medicines, feed supplements.
