KVK Anjaw celebrated 69th Republic day
KVK Anjaw, celebrated 69th Republic day with great enthusiasm, as per district administration order Indian National flag was hosted at 7.30 AM in KVK office. Dr. Manish Kanwat, Sr. Scientist & Head, delivered a patriotic speech remembering the sacrifice made by leaders to attend Republic India. He encouraged the official staff to work with scientific temperaments, dedicatedly to cater the needs of farming community at farmers level.
KVK stall was inaugurated by Chief Guest Kego Jelang, ADC Hayuliang along with JAK army official. Many local germplasm collections were displayed along with four different technologies such as 1. Salt & Mineral Licking Block (SMBL) Technology, 2. Foot & Mouth Disease in Mithun and its Preventive measure 3. Mushroom production methodology 4. Vermicomposting Technology were displayed through video show and KVK farm produce, Broccoli around 52 kg and Kroiler bird around 74 kg were displayed in exhibition and sold on the day. At the end of the programme KVK stall was adjudge as Best exhibitions stall by the district administrator, Hayuliang.
