KVK West Siang Conducted Demonstration on Good Agricultural Practices (GAP)
A team of KVK West Siang Scientist comprising Dr. Kangabam Suraj Singh Mrs. Deepa Lal and Miss. Wangnem Rekhnung were conducted one day demonstration programme on Good Agricultural Practices. It has been observed the farmers of West Siang District are lagging behind in adopting the standard Agricultural practices in their farm and field. Keeping this in view, an on Farm demonstration of Good Agricultural Practices suitable for the local area was conducted in Chirnei Village, Basar on 23rd January, 2016. During this demonstration the farmers were apprised about the standard package and practices of maize cultivation.
