ICAR-NOFRI, Tadong, Gangtok, Training Cum Awareness Program on Organic Horticultural Crop Production

ICAR-National Organic Farming Research Institute, Tadong, Gangtok, Sikkim is playing a crucial role in strengthening the horticulture production in Sikkim and has been working in close association with the farmers for improving their livelihood by dissemination of scientific knowledge through field demonstrations, providing quality planting materials and technological backstopping. In continuation with the dedicated efforts for self reliance in horticulture; the ICAR-NOFRI organized ‘Training cum Awareness Program on Organic Horticultural Crop Production’ for the tribal farmers under MIDH and TSP project at Timpyem village, East Sikkim on May 04, 2017 with special emphasis on Lilium production.
