Farmers Awareness Programmes were organized under Gramin Krishi Mausam Seava GKMS- IMD at three different Districts of Mizoram

 

ICAR Research Complex for NEH Region, Mizoram centre (Agricultural Metrology Field Unit; AMFU, Kolasib) organized training programme at three different districts entitled “Weather based agro advisory services to increase the farming resiliency of the farmers in Mizoram” under Gramin Krishi Mausam Seava (GKMS) – IMD, aiming to sensitize the active dissemination of real time farm level agro advisories for the farmers of Mizoram. Mobile numbers of all the participating farmers were listed out to registrar in mkisan portal (mkisan.gov.in). Concern scientist gave subjective lectures and associated technology demonstration in the farmers’ field. The details of the training programme are given below,
