KVK West Siang Extending The Helping Hand To Farmers at Basar

The KVK West Siang is extending the helping hand to the farmers by constructing the low cost polyhouse by distributing the required inputs. The team from KVK West Siang comprised of Shri A. Kirankumar Singh, i/c Programme Coordinator, Dr. K. Suraj Singh, SMS (Plant Protection), Shri Bharat Singh, SRF (FASAL) instructed the farmers regarding the construction of polyhouse in the field itself. The team instructed and constructed the polyhouses at Smt Aruna Riba of Kadi’s field and Shri Dakkar Bam of New Bam’s field where the high value low volume crops will be grown. The team members encouraged them for constant technical guidance and support for their successful venture. Moreover, they conducted the diagnosis on insect pests and disease problems of the crops grown in their fields and suggested them for corrective measures.
